My name is ******** ********. I am writing this letter to file a dispute against Lynda Harvey Williams & Associates. On 6/27/2022 I contacted this law firm and spoke to ***** ********* who stated she would take my case I paid her an initial fee of $5000. She informed me she would write a brief and file an appeal. After I paid the $5000. She refused to take any of my calls. I called Ms. ********* for months. I finally called and request a refund and Ms. ********* return my call. She stated she would not refund my money. I feel that this is a breach of ethics as Ms. ********* failed to provide any services to me and she refused to refund my money. I am a disabled veteran who served this Country for many year. I have PTSD and other health issues that are effected as a result of this treatment. I am asking for this dispute to be investigated and for my money to be refunded. Ms ********* never sent an email or phone call stating she took any action on my case. To this date she has not stated that she has provided any services to me. Please address this situation as soon as possible.
