              I don't believe this company is paying out correctly on claims. I've never had to use the deductible for my annual exam and everything pertaining to it. I went to my Dr. in **** for my annual. Labwork has always been about $14 for my end and this place is trying to get me to pay $136 along with poke charge. They didn't pay the neurologist correctly and Touchstone was trying to get about $200 more than I should have had to pay. They don't pay their bills in a timely fashion My deductible is $600 and that was used in the ct scan. I don't understand why I'm paying so much for labwork for an annual checkup. With UHC I paid an office visit and the $14 labwork. Everything else was preventative. You can't reach them and when you do they say they have nothing to do with any of it. They have a middle man Rightway they're called and They're not insurance but they're doing what insurance should be doing and very badly at that. I've spent 1/2 my 1 day off trying to get dental information.

              After using same dr.for 20 years he is no longer taking this insurance..so in trying to find a dr who will is almost impossible..have had response that they have problems with thus insurance company...
