April 2022 Main ************* roof job 1. Remove shingles on ****************** & new rail job 2. Its been an unpleasant experience dealing with staff & work was subpar. With no solution or action from company to address leaking & damaged rail caused by their egregious work. Told ***** for the porch went up to *****! Promised shingles inch thick & would last 30 yrs. I got wont least a yr. Twice contract breached. Pool shock used on garage to remove algae. Can see where it didn't flow. 2nd breach bottom ********** channel removed. What was left on wasnt anchored causing rainfall as much outside as in my basement. Leaking caused electric to short circuit & took out refrigerator. Before noticed all items spoiled apx $150. Fix disability income a devastating ********** didn't have drill holes. Caused bowing & it needs to be replaced. Main posts not sealed. Winter water will flow into my house via posts. Given defective dehumidifier from them. Mine on high full-time costing me extra money. Moon window LOCATION (It is NOT the window that is leaking. I had it inspected.) has leaked since they redid my roof in many locations it never leaked before. Blamed my siding guys & blamed foam in gutters for the porch leaking. Was threatened & yelled as a child by contractor. They demand payment when job is not complete. Keep telling me has to rain to be fixed. House has been roofed TWICE before them & no issues. Kept being bragged to about mobster. Cant tell if its a veiled threat that if I don't pay will come after me. Dont feel safe when around contractor. Summary knew job would be daunting for a single disabled person is why I chose ************ promises. Hired to do roof main house remove algae off garage shingle it remove old rail on porch & put on new & re-shingle the porch. Now dealing with leaking main roof damaging bedroom ceiling & a down pouring from my porch roof through my walls to my basement. I am no better off than I was before I hired them.
