            I booked an appointment with Jada to get my hair done on 6/24/21 at 5:30pm. At 4:30pm on 6/24/21 she texted me and asked to reschedule for the next day. I agreed. She asked "can you come at 7:30 or sometime in the morning" I said yes. I attempted to contact her to confirm and clarify the appointment. She did not respond. I texted her before leaving my house to let her I was on my way. On arriving to the shop I noticed no one was there so I called her. She texted and stated the she is never at the shop that early. I texted and told her to please return my deposit and cancel my appointment. I texted her when I got home and texted to explain why I would like my deposit back. She did not respond. I tried to call her she did not answer. I texted her that evening on 6/25/21 to let her know I would contact the BBB. She responded and stated that she will return my deposit that night after she was finished with her client. It is now Monday morning 6/28/21 and my deposit has not been returned.
