The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On October 13, 2020, the State of Ohio filed an indictment in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas for business owner, Earl Risk Kelvington. Mr. Kelvington is accused of a fifth degree felony (ORC Section 2903.21) of Ethnic Intimidation and Aggravated Menacing by reason of race, color, religion, or natural origin of another person or group of persons. He is accused of a first degree Misdemeanor (ORC Section 2903.21(A), 2903.21(B)) for Aggravated Menacing and causing a victim to believe that Mr. Kevington would cause serious physical to him or his property. Additionally, Mr. Kelvington is accused of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle (ORC Section 2923.16(C)(I)).
