      **********!I was referred to this company through my ***** Home contract. It was a terrible experience. I'm not sure whether the individual sent out was new to the field, but there were problems all the way through. When I called to see if I could switch companies, I was told "No". The first furnace ordered, by them, was a "Downflow". One would expect from the name, that this type would be installed in an attic. When I asked about this, I was told "oh, yeah we can change it", because it was going in my basement.The installation left a hole in my wall and the new unit (which they came to measure for before ordering) went past the door frame and left me unable to close my utility/laundry room door. When I called to ask about coming back to fix it. I was told "maybe a curtain could work instead". I moved on and took the loss. Now they refuse to remove me from their calling list and keep calling with sales calls. When I tell them to stop calling and "fuck off", They call back like 8 year olds playing on the phone in the 80's.This is not a business I can recommend in ANY way. Stay far away unless you don't mind having your home damaged and then being harassed by the people who did it.

      Run away from them! They do not live up to their word. They dont show up when they say they will. Then have an excuse. Dont return calls. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks, to have my a/c checked to see what the problem is. I have kids and asthma, told the man this and got the definitely be there by. speech, but he never showed up or called.
