    On 3/4/2019 I purchased Slimware driverUpDate ($59.95) from this company to help fix my desk top computer. I had trouble getting it to work so I called them to ask why it was not working. They had me do some stuff after they verified my purchase and got it working for me. Four years later, I noticed some charges. I asked my wife about it and we thought it was for the purchases of back-supports that we use all the time. I finally determined it was a charge from Slimware for a service {Slimware Premium Support). I did not authorize this on going service from this company. On approximately March 17th, I contacted them and stopped the payment and requested reimbursement of all the charges from March 4th, 2019 to March 18, 2023, since I never authorized an on going charge for this service. They said I did authorize these charges and that they had it on a recording. I contested their claim and requested proof of my authorization: a copy of the recording or a signed document (electronic or physical). Neither of these have been presented. Their response was an email with 2 charges of which I had authorized one, but nothing about the purchase of the Slimware Premium Support.

    The company had me paying for a software program that was completely bogus. Slimware Driver Updater which I was paying $20 a month for did not deliver on anything that it said would or was supposed to. 12 months x $19.95 = $239.40 which is what I am seeking in refunds. I tried disputing the charges with Slimware Utilities Holdings and I tried disputing the charges with my bank but I was not able to get any of my money back. They kept charging me since November 2021. Attached are my bank statements. Look at the transaction that reads 'slimware debit for $19.95.
