  UPDATE: How disgusted I am with the abysmal service Ive received at this dealership after the horrible experience I finally took my car out for a drive and guess what they wheel alignment is still way off and not done correctly at all. 5 hours I waited only to have the car returned to me dirty and not repaired correctly My family and I have used paragon Honda/acura for our leases/purchase's for the last 7 vehicles weve had and I can assure due to this horrendous negligence and service I will NEVER RETURN. I threw away $315 for this bull s*** work. To . *** ******** I emailed you and now Im calling you out to please handle this situation. What a f****** nightmare this has been. I will 100% dispute the charges if I dont her back from someone in regards to this joke of an an wheel alignment I can also bring in receipts to show how terrible of a job that was done here.I dropped off my ZDX for a wheel alignment today and while the service advisor was awesome. I believe his name was ******. The rest of the entire experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE. There was a ridiculous amount of wait time for a job that would take any decent auto shop ***** minutes. I paid the insane price for the service because I just wanted to be done with it. Granted my car was dirty on the exterior due to salt nyc bad weather recently but they not only left grease and dirt all over the interior , there was grease and finger prints on the outside. I am disgusted with the service experienced here.$315 for a wheel alignment and 4 hour wait time dirty interior was a appalling experience. I will NEVER again deal with this SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

  I should have trusted the reviews and history of this dealer I found online, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. If you want to play crappy sales games, be treated poorly, waste your time, and have the car you agreed to buy sold out from under you... come here. Put a deposit down on a car when it was later in the day on a Saturday, and expected to call and sign documents the following day. Calls were avoided the entire Sunday. Monday comes around and the salesman was avoiding our calls again. Noon rolls around and we find out they sold it to someone else despite us putting a deposit down. This dealer lost our business and any potential future business. DON'T COME HERE.

  PARAGON is a FRAUD - DO NOT BUY BEFORE READING THIS PLEASE READ, and save yourself.I purchased a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Acura from Paragon Acura in Winter. So, at the time of purchase there was no way for me to check if ** blew cold air or not. Soon after purchase, I discovered that the Air conditioning (**) of the car doesn't work, because of a past accident. The accident was never disclosed to me by Paragon.Also, I learnt that my CPO car needed new brakes right after purchase.I reached out to Paragon, and they refused to fix any of these. BTW the 182 point check CPO report from Paragon is showing that the ** works and Brakes are brand new.. total FRAUD.The total cost of fixing these is $3000.Paragon is simply DEFRAUDING customers in the name of CPO cars. They are picking cars from the Streets and selling to innocent customers as CPO.Learn from my experience.

  Do not... and I mean DO NOT buy/lease/or even think about dealing with Paragon Acura. I'll start off by saying to avoid working with ****. If you throw him an offer, he'll storm off, complain, and then get mad at you that he'll get "fired" for offering a number that isn't in their ballpark. This is the kind of dealership that came out running while I was halfway in the street because they couldn't afford to lose a sale after I walked away. They will scam you to no end and do the bare minimum to prepare a CPO car for you. I purchased a 2022 MDX ASPEC from them, CPO, and since the day I drove it off the lot, issues beyond issues have come up. The car was sold to me completely out of alignment, two bent rims, 0 antifreeze in the reservoir, worn front and rear brakes etc. just to name a few things. MAKE SURE you test drive their cars on the highway as their test drive route around the block does not allow you to feel or see any potential issues. I have been horsed around by Paragon Acura, having to go back and forth and fighting for an alignment and to fix other ongoing issues. I recently found out that two of my rims are bent due to the previous owner hitting a curb. The CARFAX states that they had fixed the wheels, but clearly they're still bent according to my mechanic and due to heavy vibrations on the highway. I was denied new rims and basically told that its my problem as they claimed that the car passed inspection... Clearly a High Volume dealership means they don't care about their vehicles. You guys need to step your game up. It's embarrassing that you guys can even call yourselves a dealership. They are not customer-focused nor do they put the customer first. Buyers BEWARE... there are better options/dealerships elsewhere that won't s**** you. Don't be fooled.

  Recap of Paragon Acura's ******************** 1.THEFT OF CAR - FAILURE TO PAY 9d later DESPITE SALE AGREEMENT ON THU 9/7 2.Wire as promised by *** was my pre-condition for title transfer Paragon LIED 3.***** claimed courier delivery of cheque - same day or latest by fri 9/7 - Paragon LIED 4.Fri 9/7 - ***** said, Good afternoon, the boss said we'll have a check by Monday for you. Paragon LIED 5.NO TITLE TRANSFER TILL WIRE / CHECK CLEARS 6.Unauthorized alterations to my vehicle. You have made Unauthorized changes without my permission & probably stolen many of the *** parts. All such changes will be tallied in the count of total damages sought including any extra mileage in excess of 69K. 7.*** FRAUD ***** replaced orig windshield with fake part at the time of sale of this certified vehicle. ************** features didnt work. You later fessed up to the crime. Remains to be prosecuted.

  This dealership only cares about its bottom line and will say anything to get you into signing a lease or loan with them. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that has descent reviews. Don't get taken to the cleaners by these bottom feeders. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

  Fraudulent business tactics. ******** told me that I HAVE TO buy the extra buyer protection, almost $6,000 more because the bank wants to protect their loan they are giving me. The bank is ******** ***** Finance. After I said no, he later called back and said the manager said its okay I don't have too. Also the vehicle they sold me supposedly went through 180 something inspection yet had numerous problems. They technicians passed the inspection knowing it should not. Also if it Acura gave them the certification for the vehicle that should have not passed. I called Acura and they said it's to the integrity of the dealership as they are a private business. So any car you are buying that is "Acura Certified" it is not! It is Paragon certified which means good luck! After being in the shop for almost a month and all issues were being fixed by ***** **** and not Paragon Acura, which they have to fix prior to the sale of the vehicle. It makes sense why would they put money into a car when we can just pass it through certification and now its an issue between the customer and ********************** corporation. Unethical business tactics, there is a lot more. I will be filing a case with *** ******* ******** and *** ***
