I had my 208 ********’ **** widows tinted on January 18, 2022 total cost 208.00. I was told that the bubbles in the tint would dry out over the course of the next couple of weeks. The bubbles did dry out. Left in its place were 200+ Inclusions through windows. I took my vehicle back and showed them to the owner and he told me he would have to remove the tint to resolve the problem. It was to be corrected when I returned to get a visor tint on the windshield. I believe the owner only looked at one window that needed to be corrected and didn’t realize the extent of the problem. The inclusions were through out all windows. It was described as trapped dust. Once in the shop and he realized the extent of the problem he refused to do the job, stating that my car was to difficult. He had already put the visor tint on the wind shield and stated he would give it to me for free because he didn’t want to correct the original job. Window visor tint is a 35.00 job. I took my vehicle to a couple of other shops to get an opinion on eclipse’s work. Both shops told me it was unacceptable and poorly done. They estimated it would cost 200.00 just to remove the old tint and another 200.00 to redo the job. I called back to eclipse to tell them my findings and still refused to rectify the problem. Owner stated he would not stand behind his work and I would just have to accept it. Desired resolution is the removal of eclipse’s poor workmanship. Estimated cost is approximately 200.00
