5 starsThe crew did a wonderful job under challenging conditions. My home was built in the early 1800s so putting modern windows into a very old building required a lot of skill, time and patience. The end result is beautiful. I am very pleased with both the work done as well as the condition they left my home in when they were finished. Everything was put back and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company. They also have an excellent warranty and fantastic customer service.Review fromAndrew C

5 starsMy wife and I wanted to update our bathroom with a new tub and shower surround, we went with Sash and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! First of all, their show room was great, and allowed us to see the many options they have. Then, someone came to our house and helped us choose the style and colors that we liked best — we really appreciated that he generated images on a computer so that we could see what the finished project would look like. After making our selections it was about a month wait before installation. I can’t say enough good things about the installation, which was done by Pat Brophy. I thought there would be a team of 3-5 people working for a week — instead, it was just Pat doing everything himself, and he completed the job in 2 days! He removed our old cast iron tub and surround, replaced the sub flooring and old plumbing, and installed our new tub and surround exactly to our specifications. The job was done perfectly and our bathroom is beautiful now! Pat is definitely an expert at what he does, and is a really nice guy on top of it. We only had one small issue with the water pressure being a bit too high, so Pat came over and adjusted it for us a couple days later and now everything is perfect. If you’re considering having work done on your home I’d absolutely recommend Sash, you won’t be disappointed!

5 starsNY Sash and their fantastic installer did a great job in transforming our outdated bathroom into a better functioning and beautiful room in our house. Our installer Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly, and impeccable in his work. There wasn’t a speck of dirt when he left. 5 starsWe just had a CUSTOM shower installation, and we are delighted with it! Our installer, Patrick, accurately told us how many days he would need, (it was a complete teardown!) & did an installation worthy of an Old World craftsman! 5stars!?? Thanks also to the gentleman who measured the area meticulously, & advised us on size & custom features available, particularly as the bathroom is an awkward size. As for the shower - WOW! We feel as if we have a spa !?? Thanks also to all the phone & production staff, and to Sean & Jase for their follow-up visit. We highly recommend New York Sash! ??????????!New York Sash
