I purchased trusses for a garage, when I purchased these trusses I made it known I lived on a steep drive and I expressed my concern of getting these trusses to the location. I received a phone call from Mike about my concern and he expressed he would have no issues, that he had my location on google maps and that he had drivers that would be able to accommodate my concerns. The day of my delivery to my location, I sanded the drive 4 times to assure the driver would have no issue. I was not **** at the time the driver arrived, I received a phone call from my neighbor that the driver was sitting on the end of the road, and he told him that he was concerned about delivering these trusses, the driver told him that the company did not send the right truck for this delivery. I kept my cool, knowing that I had given the company all the proper heads up, and watched as the driver attempted to go up the hill. After talking to the driver, he said multiple times that the company should have not sent a single axle truck to deliver the trusses, knowing of the situation, they should have sent a diff truck The driver then was on the phone with Mike, Mike asked the driver multiple times if he could have them dropped, I told him no. The driver called me back again after turning around and stated if he could drop them again, finally I said yes because he then threatened me if he doesn't drop them that the company would charge me to bring them back. I was left with no choice. The driver then dropped them at my neighbors property an 1/8th of a mile from my house. My trusses were not delivered to ** ******** *** as promised. I have to hire a company for 1500.00 to now move these trusses. I contacted Mike to be reimbursed and his response was, " I didn't decide to build on a mountain! He said he would ask the owner, but told me his answer will be NO! I was promised Trusses delivered to ** ******** ***, they were never delivered to the location, and I shouldn't be responsible for the 1500
