    car chassis has been squeaking loudly since day 1 of purchase 3 times I brought car in and complained to no avail

    *********************** the service manager reached out to the guest April 14th. - The last time the guest had his vehicle with Rallye was on January 15th for routine maintenance and there was no mention of his current concern

    ***** offered to have him bring his vehicle in to road test his vehicle with a ******* so he can demonstrate his concern. He states he will get back to us. He was unable to discuss at this time I called and we have not heard back from him since.

    On 08/22/2023, we signed a lease agreement that noted $610.00 in licensing fees. We were informed that if there is excess, we will be refunded the difference. We are from out of state. Our state, MA, charges no more than $100.00 for licensing fees. We were expecting approx. $500.00 back. However, when we received a check for $165.00, we immediately reached out to our salesperson and the finance manager that was involved in our transaction. We continued to contact the team at Rallye BMW for several MONTHS via text, phone calls, and emails. We received little to no response regarding the difference in licensing fees. The contract also noted a $185.00 "Other" fee. I want to know what that $185 fee is and our state does not charge more than $100.00 so where is the rest of our refund?

    We returned the *** with 2 keys but they said we only gave in 1 and the person who could resolve the issue was on vacation meanwhile *** corporate would only allow a settlement of less than whats due for 1 day upon calling *** they said they would issue a refund which they never did because we settled for a lower amount We were told as long as we could provide documentation that the key was returned by ******** at w corporate they would issue a refund The gentleman who works at the westbury location said the paperwork which was available to anyone clearly stated we returned 2 ********************** at the westbury location said he was not able to look at the paper work which was a complete lie had he provided us with the documentation this whole issue would have been avoided *** always offers a settlement if you pay it that same day soninwssence we were penalized for ****** not wanting to do his job

    This complaint if any should be made against *** NA and not Rallye BMW. I ***************************** (GM) got all the fact in what occured and Rallye was just the third party that recieved the lease retrun and grounded and reported the lease return to *** NA. We grounded the vehicle and reported the vehicle as being returned with 2 keys. ************* had other wear and tear damages on the vehicle that she was charged for and negotiated with *** NA for a lower amount and they will not reimburse anymore money because the lease is closed and they helped the guest with about a $1000.00 in which they deducted from the bill and the one key was on that bill. We tried to call *** NA and there is nothing that can be done on our end. We returned the *** back to *** NA.

    MY 2019 *** X7 WAS BROUGHT IN INITIALLY FOR A DEFECTIVE SUNROOF SHADE AND ISSUE WITH THE TRANSFER CASE. VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE BROUGHT BACK MULTIPLE TIMES FOR GREASY FINGERPRINTS THAT WERE LEFT ON THE HEADLINER OF VEHICLE AFTER REPLACING THE ENTIRE SUNSHADE. TO DATE AFTER 3 SEPARATE VISITS, FINGER PRINTS AND DIRT HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY REMOVED. *** LEARNED TO LIVE WITH THAT. PAID OVER $900 W/ WARR UNFORTUNATELY THE TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN AFFECTED AFTER THE TRANSFER CASE HAS BEEN REPLACED. VEHICLE HAS BEEN DOWNSHIFTING HARD AT LOW SPEEDS WHEN COMING TO A STOP. VEHICLE HAS BEEN BROUGHT BACK TWICE FOR THAT ISSUE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM PRIOR TO THE TRANSFER CASE BEING REPLACED.THE FIRST TIME SERVICE PERSONNEL RECOGNIZED THE ISSUE AND CHECKED FLUID LEVELS AND RESET COMPUTER. I WAS ADVISED TO BRING VEHICLE BACK BY ************************* IF STILL EXPERIENCING THE ISSUE.I STILL WAS EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE AND BROUGHT THE VEHICLE BACK IN. ON ARRIVAL CUSTOMER REP ******* ASKED IF THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED LAST TIME IN WHICH I REPLIED NO. AFTER VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT IN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE **** ************************* STATING THAT THE SERVICE TEAM COULD NOT DUPLICATE MY ISSUE AND ASKED IF I COULD COME IN AND TEST DRIVE VEHICLE WITH TECHNICIANS SO THEY CAN OBSERVE THE ISSUE WITH ME. I WENT AND TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE WITH THE ***** AND EVENTUALLY THEY OBSERVED WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEY ADVISED ME THEY WOULD SPEAK WITH *** AND GET BACK TO ME.SHORTLY AFTER I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM ************************* STATIN THAT THEY SPOKE TO *** AND *** CORPORATE ADVISED THAT THIS IS HOW THE VEHICLE SHOULD OPERATE. I WAS IN DISBELIEF AFTER MULTIPLE VISITS CONFIRMED THAT I WAS IN FACT HAVING AN ISSUE. AFTER SUBMITTING A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY TO ***/DEALERSHIP VIA EMAIL I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ********* MANAGER *********************** TRYING TO FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH MY REVIEW AND ISSUE. HE SAID HE WOULD SPEAK TO ************************* AND GET BACK TO ME. THAT WAS OVER 6 DAYS AGO.

    On July 7, 2023 my *** 330i was serviced at Rallye BMW for inspection, rotation of *********** change. My car is only 2 years old * has only ***** miles on it. At that time I asked the service writer what costs I was responsible for, and he reassured me only for ********************** After waiting 3 hours for my car (initially told it would be 2 hrs) (no car wash was done), I paid the bill. After reviewing the costs, I noticed there was a $7.95 +tax charged to me "mission statement charge". When I questioned this cost, I was told by the service writer it was for wiper fluid which is a no cost item. On July 10, I was told by the service mgr, *** ******* he was refunding that cost since it should have never been charged to me. On August 30, I sent an email to *** ****** * *** ******** the general mgr, inquiring about the erroneous charge/refund. I was then told by *** ******** that he would be taking care of this matter that day. As of date, I have not received my refund. It's not about the $7.95 charge but more of the charges that this dealership charges customers for services not needed/rendered. A $7.95 charge for every service customer that walks in the door increases the ****** sales as well as their net income at the expense of their customers. This sounds like a scam to me.

    On 5/11/23 I took my 2008, 528Xi in for service as due to clogged sunroof drains which I later found out. One of the headlamps in my car had a small cosmetic issue of the plastic halo cap Falling off. I asked if this can be addressed to thinking it may be a simple fix. They said they will indeed look at it along with the drainage issue. All of a sudden two days later, when I go to pick up my car after they quoted me an insane sum of money to fix my headlights stop working. Both of my headlights are not working the motorized portion and the illumination on highbeam and low beam or turn signal. I asked why all of a sudden this has become an issue, and they simply said to the age of my car and corrosion. My headlamps also had a lot of condensation in it, and *** never ever had condensation previously. When the service manager and I approached him and saw that the Cavs were left off for three days, which is more than likely the reason for condensation. I strongly believe that these lights wouldve been fine. Should I have not have taken it to Rallye BMW. I used to think this is a reputable place, and now realize the tech that worked on my car did not do the right job. I had to drive my family home at night in the dark and they arent the least bit remorseful are sorry. They are just trying to blame me, saying the car is older. There is plenty of E60 model cars out on the road and none of which have had a lot of problems and all of a sudden mine as.I really want them to acknowledge and help me rectify their incompetent technician. I literately left with more problems than I came in with. The service manager told me my lights will still work but the motor wont. Why did he mislead me ? Why did this suddenly stop under their watch.

    To whom this may concern,

    ***************** came back in on May 19,2023 after speaking wih my Service Manager on May 17,2023 we brought his 2008 *** 528 into ************ to show ****************** the condition of his vehicle with a shop *******. We showed him the dry rotted headlamp seals and small holes on the tops of both headlights which is letting in water as seen in the pictures I have attached. At the time of inspecting the lights with ****************** both headlamps were illuminating as seen in the pictures attached. We also pointed out to ****************** that the left side headlamp lens inside was dislogged causing the adaptive headlamp malfunction failure. ****************** agreed to our findings which our shop ******* disussed with him. ****************** at that point declined the needed repairs and quoted he would look online for used headlamps. The attached photos showwin all above.
