    I was wondering if you would be able to assist us in any way. I paid Scheurer Monuments to engrave my daughters information (who died on 9/21/22) on an existing headstone at ********************** in ********, ** and it has yet to be done to this day. Check # ****, Paid 6/6/23, $500 Would you be able to assist us? Or provide any guidance or recommendation?Thank you ***** ****** ************************************************ **************

    My mother passed away on June 1st 2023 I paid Scheurer Monuments $500.00 for the lettering on the tomb stone plus $130.00 for the cemetery permit fee a total of $630.00. I was told the engravers are busy and it would *********** months. Its a year now and they still havent engraved the stone. I called after 4 months to see if they were on track to engrave by 6 months and was told it will get done. At the 6 month date I stopped in and was told they will see about it and get back to me ( he did not) At 8 months I called and was told he would put a rush on it . My sister stopped in at 10 months and was told he would rush it. We visited my moms grave for her 1 year anniversary and its still not done.

    I paid a ****** down payment for engraving on my mothers gravestone last march 6, 2023. It was never done and no one answers telephone or is ever at the place of business where I made the payment

    We paid for my mothers headstone to be made and placed at her grave at ************* cemetery in ******** ********. Services were paid for in June 16,2022 and to this day, the headstone is not in place on her grave.I have gone into Scheurer monuments multiple times over the past year to ask about the headstone. ******************** takes a photo copy of our receipt and says he will take care of it but never does anything about it. We would like them to finish the job and engrave the headstone and install at grave site.

    I went to ******* Monuments and ordered and paid for a black granite headstone for my grandmother's husband ************************** six months ago. The foundation was supposed to have been poured in July at ******************* located at ********************************************************************************** and the headstone installed by December 1, 2023. I have consistently called the offices of ******** Monuments with no answer or the message machine is full. I went in person several times and left a note on the door to call me and the business was closed during hours of operation. Needless to say we are completely distraught over this matter and the fact that the monies were cashed but no reply or work has been done. My grandmother is 95 years old and would like to visit the cemetery and see the headstone furthermore, I am distraught in the manner in which they are taking advantage of people when they are their most vulnerable and

    Original contact 8/21/22 for headstone Left $500 deposit which was cashed quickly. Was required to leave check made out to Catholic Cemetery for $800 as well. Since that time I have been unable to contact them. Called many many times; even left note on his door. He also kept the deed to cemetery plot.

    In May of 2022 I ordered a headstone for my father. I left a deposit and was assured the stone would be in in approx 3 months. It is approaching a year. ***** does not respond to telephone calls, he answered two calls and I was told he would get right back to me. I never heard from him again. It is approaching one year and my father still does not have a headstone.

    During January ******************************************************************************************** ************* Cemeterty, ********, **. He agreed to add my mothers name to the headstone as she passed away due to COVID during April 2020.I gave the propietor a $300 deposit plus left the deed to the cemetery plot with him (*****).As of this date (6/3/2022) he has not initaiated any action on my behalf.He still has my deed so I cant even initiate going with another engraving company. I spoke with ********************** today(JUne 3) and he still has not initated the process.The name on the head stone is *********************** and the deed is in my Moms name--*****************************.Please get back to meby e-mail or phone.I just want my deed back and $300 *********************************** ************ Sincerely,*********************************** I try calling his office and he does not pick up the phone and you can't even leave a voice mail.message. I have been calling for months and can't get action.The cemetery said that he is still in business and is not able to assist **** have also stopped at his office on ******** and he is not there.This is a disagrace, as it makes a stressful situation even harder.I want me deed back and my $300.Please try and intercede for me as I dont know what else to do.

     I gave not heard from the business and have had to move on to another monument business.

    I am now out $400 and am very disappointed.
