1 starCompany called my elderly father and family. This has caused such a big riff with my family because of it. Now my fathers girlfriend is investigating my personal affairs. Which is also illegal. I will be seeking the attorney general in this matter.

DRB, LLC is a third-party collection agency contracted by a client to recover an outstanding debt. If we are unable to reach the consumer directly, regulatory guidelines allow us to seek location information from third parties, including relatives. However, no personal details regarding the debt were disclosed to any third party. Upon contacting a third party, our representative identified the number as incorrect, and we have since ceased any further outreach to that party. As a result of this inquiry, DRB, LLC has discontinued collection efforts, closed the account internally, and returned it to our client. 1 starThis company has been calling my phone and job and it is really upsetting and getting out of hand! 1 starScam Likely. They call you and immediately start asking you personal questions and to verify yourself. I asked the representative were they calling from a third party collection agency and he refused to answer me.

DRB, LLC is a third-party collection agency, hired by one of its clients to collect an outstanding debt owed by the consumer. Upon contact with the presumed consumer, the presumed consumer refused to verify right party contact by verifying identification information, required by federal statute, in order for the company representative to be able to advise the consumer of the nature of the call. Should the consumer wish to avoid further collection efforts and wish to discuss options to resolve the debt, they may contact the company and speak to a representative at ************ during normal business hours.Review fromJoni A

1 starThis company has been non stop harassing myself and family members and also calling my husband’s workplace. We have no debt associated with them! We believe these calls have to do with my mother who has passed away 2 yrs ago and all of her credit was notified of her passing. It’s been hard enough for our family with passing of loved ones, but now you add this. I’ve sent mail to stop harassing and it hasn’t. All of the calls coming in are logged and will take further action if this doesn’t stop. THIS IS FAIR WARNING! ALL CALLS AND LETTERS MUST CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY!!!Review fromAlon P

1 starI got a call from DRB today looking for someone with my name, which I am sure it's my son they are looking for as he is a Jr. I don't owe any debt that is in collection, but he does. Either way, they called my number which is on the National Do Not Call list and they have been reported and blocked. It's also ILLEGAL for them to call family members about debt collection. And it's also ILLEGAL to call random numbers they find associated with people on public online webpages.
Any further calls/communication from DRB will be considered harassment and will be address through the legal system.DRB-40, LLC

1 starMy mother received a text message with my name listed with the following: ****...documentation sent to the address on file came back returned. Please contact ***-***-**** to resolve this matter. STOP to OPT out.
Calls have been made to her phone, as well as other family members. I have no collections, and have contacted a group that handles these cases of collection harassment to take action. Laws need to start being followed, so taking action is the only way to stop this.DRB-40, LLC
