    9/6/25 I brought my car in at 12:30PM for an oil leak on passenger side valve cover gasket, they said they would inspected car and at 1:30 PM they called to informed me that the transmission pan and both valve cover gaskets were leaking and that they would have to been changed. So they started the work at 1:30pm and at 4:10pm my Father went there to see how the work was going on my car, When he arrived at the shop the work on my car was already done. I never received a call from the business to inform me my car was done. I only got my car back when i went there, my car was still on the lift and had to pay before the owner allowed the car to be lowered off the lift.When i got home with the car Me, my Father, and a Friend inspected the car to see what was done to the car. what we saw was the passenger side valve cover gasket had obvious signs of being changed . For example, the engine block was clean around the valve cover showing but the Driver side valve cover gasket had none of the same signs. For example, around the driver side valve cover was still dirty and there was no signs of it ever being taken off or changed, when they said that both valve cover gaskets had been changed.On top of the issues with the work done to the car not being accurate with what I was told over the phone, they also charged me 800 in labor for a job that took them less than 3 hours to complete. Which is a Insane inflation of Labor cost that is malicious to me, the customer.
