    Order number: ********* Date of purchase: October 2022 Issue: I placed an international order for a ********* ******** box. The package arrived in ******, but its entry was not authorized and it was returned to Same Day Supplements on November 24, 2023. The company promised to issue a store credit once the product was returned, but until now (months later), I have received no credit, no refund, and no further communication.I contacted the company multiple times. The last response I received was months ago, and it provided no resolution. I paid by credit card, not with store credit, so I believe I deserve a proper refund.Additionally, I want to highlight that this is not an isolated case. I found several similar complaints from other Brazilian customers on ReclameAqui (a Brazilian consumer protection website), showing the same pattern of returns and ignored refund requests. I have attached two of those complaints to demonstrate the recurring nature of this issue.Another concerning fact is that all my previous orders have disappeared from my SameDaySupplements account history. I also attempted contact through email on multiple occasions, but I have received no response whatsoever.Desired resolution: A full refund to my original payment method. Considering the significant length of time that has passed since the shipment, we find it unlikely the package will be returned to us at this point.     Thank you for your response. However, the issues raised in my original complaint remain completely unaddressed.

     

    I fully understand that SameDay Supplements cannot control customs regulations in other countries. I have never blamed the company for the fact that my package was prohibited by Brazilian Customs. My complaint concerns what happened *after* the package was returned to the ************* in November 2023.

     

    Despite more than a year having passed since the return, SameDay Supplements claims the package has not been received, yet they provide no evidence of having made any effort to locate or investigate the returned item. Simply stating that "the package never arrived" without offering any formal investigation, tracking update, or accountability is unacceptable business practice.

     

    Moreover, I have attached multiple complaints from other Brazilian consumers facing the exact same situation, some dating back several years, indicating a clear pattern of negligence towards international customers. The erasure of all my previous orders from my SameDay Supplements account further raises serious concerns regarding the company's conduct.

     

    SameDay Supplements' responsibility does not end with shipping the order. As a business selling internationally, it is obligated to ensure proper post-sale service, including investigating returned shipments. U.S. consumer protection laws, including New York State laws and *** regulations, require businesses to either deliver the purchased goods or refund the customer if delivery fails, regardless of customs complications.

     

    For these reasons, I respectfully reject SameDay Supplements response and continue to request a **full refund to my original payment method**. I reserve the right to escalate this matter by filing formal complaints with the ************************** (***)** and the **Office of the Attorney General of New York State** if an adequate resolution is not achieved.

    Dear *********** am ****** ******, and I am reaching out for support regarding an issue with a purchase made on SameDaySupplements. On November 6, 2023, I ordered the product ******** ********* - 6 Month Supply from their website, but the delivery was blocked by Brazilian customs. They claimed the product was not in proper condition for storage and transport, and it was supposed to be returned to the seller.Over 400 days have passed, and I have yet to receive a refund. When I contacted SameDaySupplements, I was told the product had not been received, and therefore no refund could be processed. The company has failed to provide further details or adequate support, often ignoring customer inquiries.     Dear Representative of the Better Business Bureau (BBB),

    I am writing to report a serious issue involving the company SameDaySupplements, whose practices have caused significant harm to me and other Brazilian consumers.

    According to Brazilian Customs, as evidenced by the attached document, the product I purchased was returned due to failures related to storage, preservation, and shipping. I emphasize that the responsibility for these processes rests entirely with SameDaySupplements, as is customary in international commerce.

    Although the company claims that the sale of the product is not permitted in ******, it continues to offer not only this item but also other products to the Brazilian market. This contradiction is widely evidenced by unboxing videos, social media posts, and customer reviews in *******

    The product in question, a 5% ********* solution for topical treatment of androgenetic alopecia, has no legal restrictions in ******. However, fundamental issues regarding the product's quality, origin, and preservation were neglected by SameDaySupplements, as demonstrated by the evidence.

    Additionally, reviews of the company on ****** ****** and complaint platforms such as "Reclame Aqui" reveal numerous recurring grievances about inadequate storage, poor packaging, and shipping problems. I am attaching one of these complaints as an example.

    In light of the above, I formally request a full refund of the amount paid, including the cost of the product and shipping.The responsibility for packaging and preservation was exclusively SameDaySupplements', and their failure in these processes resulted in the product not being delivered as expected.

    I would like to highlight that SameDaySupplements has a history of questionable practices in ******, including withholding customer funds for over a year without any clarification or initiative to resolve the issues. Despite many consumers complying with all legal and customs requirements, the company fails to provide adequate support.Worse yet, there are reports of irreversible health damage to customers who did not receive the essential products for their treatments.

    I am willing to provide formal clarifications through Brazilian Customs or the *********************************** (******)if necessary to counter any claims made by the company.

    Finally, I want to emphasize that I am a fair and committed person, but after more than a year of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue directly with SameDaySupplements, I am turning to the BBB as a last resort to seek justice. I firmly believe in your work and maintain hope that this matter will be resolved fairly.

    If the situation is not resolved, I am already in contact with other affected Brazilian consumers, and we plan to seek legal representation in the ************* to claim not only the amounts owed but also compensation for moral damages and the suspension of the company's activities in *******

    Hello,On January 17, 2023, I made a purchase on the Same Day Supplements website, where I bought a 6-month supply of ******** Minoxidil. However, as this was one of several imports Ive made to ****** through this site, this particular order was blocked by the federal customs and returned to the sender. I contacted the companys support, and they advised me to wait for the product to be returned, after which a credit for the purchase amount would be made available on the site for me to reorder. Unfortunately, this has not happened. According to the tracking number (*************) for order number (*********), the package was returned to the sender in ****, ******, which I do not understand.I have contacted the company multiple times to resolve the issue and have always been told that the order did not reach its destination, contrary to what the tracking information indicates.     The company Sameday has been the subject of criticism for not complying with its terms of use, which has harmed millions of customers in ******. I myself made a purchase on their website on November 23, 2022, acquiring the product ******** Minoxidil - 6 Month Supply. However, the product did not pass through customs when it arrived in ****** - this is because the company did not declare the product correctly. The *********************** then informed me that the product would be returned on February 6, 2023 at 08:00 hours. According to the ********* Post, which is responsible for returns, the product was successfully returned and received correctly by *******'s branch. However, the company did not refund my purchase and, in tracking, the last status displayed on the link ********************************************************* is "PROHIBITED ITEM", without mentioning the return made. Therefore, the company kept the product and my money. I have contacted their support more than ten times, but always receive the same standard response. On ReclameAqui, which is a ********* website similar to BBB, the company responds to all customers with a standard response. In short, I only request the refund of my money since the product was returned.
