    Hi ***,
    Your order was placed on Dec 24th at 9:22pm. There was no mail on Dec 25th or 26th so your order left our warehouse on the 27th and was delivered on the 29th as guaranteed. I am sorry we did not respond immediately over a holiday to your constant requests and phone calls. While our warehouse staff was still producing orders on the 26th not all staff was working on the holiday.

    They are fraudulent in charging me for a product that they have no intention of sending. I checked my order status and nothing has changed. They took the money put of my account, yet the order status states that I had a refund. I checked my account info and I have not gotten any refund whatsoever. I'll never purchase from this site again.
