I purchased 2 overhead garage doors from Overhead Doors of Watertown and these doors were installed December 2021. On January16, 2022 I noticed 1 of the windows had cracked for unknown reasons. I contacted this company on January 16, 2022 via text message and sent pictures of cracked window. They stated they would file a claim with the factory and they will in turn send new glass to be installed by Overhead Door Company. I contacted this company again on June 16, 2022 via text with pictures ( and by this time another window had cracked in the same door as the first cracked window). Overhead door Company stated at this time they needed to make sure the glass was in stock and that they would be checking and get back to me. I contacted Overhead door again on August 3, 2022 (via text) inquiring about the glass being fixed as I had not received a response after the June 16, 2022 conversation. On August 3, 2022 I was told by Overhead Door Company that the replacement glass was on the way and they apologize for the delay. Again that was the last response I had received so I contacted Overhead Door Company again on September 20 + 21 2022 (via text) and I received a response on September 22, 2022 that they needed to go to the warehouse and verify that the glass was in fact there and that they had many doors with this glass crack and it was a problem getting the glass in stock. As of today (10/30/2022) that is the last response I have had from Overhead Door Company. These doors were sold with a 1 year warranty on everything and this glass damaged has occurred within that time frame but has not been resolved. I have text & pictures verifying all of my conversations regarding this matter with Overhead Door Company
