At Bella Jewellers LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic jewelry and timepieces. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of circumstances required by New York State law.

Note: Timepieces come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty if applicable (Seiko, Bulova, Caravelle), covering manufacturer defects. This does not apply to accidental damage or normal wear.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items (Dubai live ) may take longer — we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Priority Shipping (2–3 business days): Flat rate of $12
Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Available upon request.
Shipping Insurance (Optional)
Shipping insurance is optional and available at checkout. We strongly recommend insuring your order for added peace of mind, especially for high-value items.
Bella Jewellers LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is declined. If your insured package is lost or damaged, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
