At Brothers Power Washing, we strive to provide exceptional pressure washing services and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed satisfactorily.
No refunds will be offered for any damages caused by the client's negligence or failure to follow post-service care instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of our services.Policy Updates:
