      "Despite the purchase of an extended warranty on our 14 month new washing machine, all bought at Olum’s of Vestal, New York, we have been without its use since June 18th, except for a brief period after a temporary repair was made the following week. Despite multiple phone calls to REMOVED, the warranty company, calls and visits to Olum’s, our many trips to laundromats continue which have already cost us over $170 in quarters." ...
