Dates:Purchased 01-16-24 Took for repairs:01-26-24 and it remained at Certified Performance Motors until 2-7-24 (12 days inoperable) When I picked it up on 2-7-24 it still did not have all of the issues repaired that they said they would fix. They told me to take it to the mechanic at a different address. I take it to the mechanic and he claimed to adjust something on the hand brake. When I drive back home it still has the same issues, so I contact the dealer on 2-8-24 and received a response via text on 2-9-24 to take to the mechanic again. On 2-11-24 the problems persist and I get a text on 2-11-24 to bring it in to the mechanic. On 2-12-24 I send more pictures showing the repairs were not done, such as leak from roof and I get a text saying that the problem is no longer in their hands. On 2-26-24 I finally get a text with the picture of the extended warranty information that I purchased. On 2-28-24 I send picture proof that the leak inside the van, which they claimed they patched up, is still there. On 3-6-24 I go to the dealer to speak to a manager. He tells me they can offer a trade in value of $17,000 but when I purchased it in January 2024 they told me I could get $34,000 for it. I tell them I cannot take a loss of over $10,000 when I just purchased the car less than two months ago.They offer to trade it for another van and to come back 3-13-24. When I call to ask if the van is ready they tell Me to come back 3-15-24 then it still was not ready. They called me on 3-15-24 and 3-16-24 and 3-18-24 to confirm that I would come in on 3-18-24 because replacement van was allegedly ready. I drove again to get the van replaced and they let me know 30 minutes before the appointment when I was already there that it had not been delivered yet. I took it to their mechanic under the dealers instructions several times and the issues with the tires is still there, along with many other things like the leak, bad fumes, the weathering headlight, etc.
