I tried to make a return, and they wouldn't let me. They required $15.00 in advance of the return and sent me an invoice saying it was a $1,000 purchase with a $15.00 fee. Basically, they scammed me out of $15 for the chance to return my item. They wouldn't guarantee they would return my item, even with the $15 fee.

Hi *******, We completely understand your frustration here. However, the $15 fee was due to the order being returned outside of our 30-day return window; while we are somewhat flexible with returns that are a few days outside of this window, your requested return was far enough outside of the return window that a processing fee would be applied to this order. As for the "$1,000 purchase with a $15.00 fee," we understand the confusion, but the $1000 amount is a catch-all fee in the system that allows us to process fees on a scale of $1-$1000, and we fully discount the rest. For example, if your return fee was only $15, we would discount the above line item by $985, so that you would only ever be paying $15. If the fee was $25, we would discount the line item by $975, and so on.Hope this clarifies things for you here.

BEWARE! I ordered 5 items from Twillory which advertises that it has easy returns and offers refunds if items are returned within 30 days. I returned two shirts. But Twillory only offered a partial refund - not a full refund. In several back and forth emails, Twillory claimed refunds "on bundle pricing works on a sliding scale based on the amount of products ordered." These are deceptive practices. Also the reason I returned 2 out of 4 shirts - their shirts get extremely wrinkled because of the fabric. The products also did not look as advertised. Just deceptive all around and bad customer service. I should have known better than to deal with an online only business like this one.

When you return products that are part of a bundle for a refund, the kept items that were also part of the bundle will always be prorated to the next available bundle pricing, and you'll be refunded the amount of the difference in price.A similar situation would be like going to a store that was selling five cans of sauce for $4, where each can would normally be $0.99. If you returned a can from your purchase, you wouldn't be refunded $0.99, but instead would be refunded the amount of the difference between the deal pricing and the normal price where fewer than five were purchased ($0.99 each), because it was purchased as part of a deal, and that deal is no longer available with the cans you kept.We also explain how our bundle pricing works in our FAQs, and you can see that here: *************************************************************************************************************************************

I purchased jeans that were apparently "final sale" even though nothing was stated when making the purchase online. They are jeans... How is someone supposed to know if they fit?I contacted Twillory and was told that they are not eligible for exchange and that it's final sale so, tough ****, now I have jeans that don't fit and can't even exchange them for a size that does. What online retailer does this...? I mean it has to be illegal to do that to a customer. ********************** is an unethical company and deserves to be class action sued. Lastly, they call their support department employees by the title of "Customer Happiness Deputy"... How ironic, considering all they do is create anger and remorse for anyone purchasing from them. -3 out of 10 stars.

Hi ****,We appreciate your frustration here. However, the Performance Denim pants that you purchased were clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase, both on the product page and at checkout, which we explain in our FAQs as an item that is ineligible for return or exchange. If you have any other questions, we can be reached at ****************************
