They were great operating as remindercal.com. Since that has changed they have fraudelently overcharged me with bs charges they didn't disclose and are refusing to answer my calls and assist me in disputing this. I would recommend never signing up or doing business with them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM....

Do not come to this company. I retired over 3 years ago yet they are still charging me. I have also called several times & provided all paper work for cancellation however it still hasnt been done. While actually using the service, the customer service was horrible and there was no form of technical support. At least, helpful tech support. There are no solutions just lies on top of lies. They will promise you things that later on they cannot do. This is a shame and this company needs to go out of business.

I hired Rectangle Health in 2018 and after 2 years with them, parted ways with them, in what I thought was on good terms. 3 years later, I came to realize they have continued to charge me $80.57 for CC processing equipment that has not been used since I started with them. If it wasn't for the audit that I'm preparing for, I probably would have not caught this but now that I did, the billing manager stated that this is because I signed a lease for the equipment. Proper protocol should have been to inform the client that about an early cancelation fee, if there was such a fee but the only response I received and is documented was that in order to cancel, I need to request it in official letterhead and sent to them and they would process the cancellation "at no cost".The billing manager, trying to be helpful, said he would be contacting the company that supplies the equipment to have them stop billing me going forward. However, this does not address the $2256 that they literally 'stole' from services not used.

3 years flawless service and product until ~9/21.Abruptly, my credit card processor became outdated and could not be 'updated.' No notice or new machine were provided. Installed a ******************* credit card online processing software. Received new ******* Machine. One year later, the same exact scenario unfolded. **************** claimed they sent notice. They did not, nor did they pre-emptively send a new machine. Using a Hippa compliant VPN prevents using ******************* software for processing. Rectangle charges higher fees for using ******************* Software.New *** (Chinese) processor smoked upon plugging into battery backup. No manual about power draw, how to open settings to permit access on network. No tech knew how to 'network' for weeks. Requested manual and received a quick user guide w/little info.Eventually, ***** helped w/second *** machine.Service abruptly ended the first week of October. *********** clearinghouse for Rectangle Health said my acct was closed.Called Rectangle Health. They said I had requested an account closure. They asked if I had signed a docusign. I was floored and replied NO.As a condition for re-establishing service, they wished me to sign and return a document stating that I HAD CLOSED ACCOUNT. This was not true and my response was NO.I closed the account and began service with my local bank. Rectangle charged my bank. I called and left message. I called again and was disconnected. I called again and the line did not ring. The next month, they changed from ********** to ************* I filed a dispute. Then, today, I received a new additional BankId charge similar to their **********.It is my strong opinion that DEI has infused management and that the once helpful techs are handicapped by rudderless leadership.
