    We have been renting a self-storage unit at L&L Storage since July 2024. We are now trying to get in touch with the company to make arrangements to pick up our belongings and close our account. But no one answers the phone (it rings then immediately disconnects), no one responds to emails, and no one responds to the "Contact us" form on their website. Recent reviews on ****** Maps indicate that others are having the same trouble in the past year. We need the company to contact us so that we can make these arrangements and ensure that our belongings are safe.

    I have tried to pay my bill of $70 for the month of June 2025 for unit #*****. The automated service disconnects after 2 or 3 rings, kiosk glass broke, no one ever in office. Gate to units always opened, driveway full of potholes, grass & weeds grown in front of all units. I have left a message on I think was web site, for them to call me ASAP. It almost seems like they have abandoned the whole place. I just want to pay my bill without a late fee!!!!!!! After the 10th of the month. Thank you. This is bad business.

    I was a previous student of ***** ********** and during the summer of 2024 I decided to rent with L & L Self Storage and in December of 2024 I reached out to try and remove my items from the unit. I received no response from the manager and it is currently March and I am still paying for the unit monthly but I have no access to my items or the unit. I have reached out a total of over 15 plus times and have yet to get an answer or call back. I am deeply frustrated and financially this is draining me but I cannot stop paying in fear these people will either sell or remove my stuff.
