My husband and I ordered a stove from ********************.com, which uses AM to ship their items. We have had our order fail to deliver exactly 4 times now over the last month +, each of which time was the shipping company's fault for a variety of reasons. On top of failing to acknowledge any responsibility in the matter, the company is also trying to stick us with late fees for storage, which feels unfair. Their customer service was abysmal, we even had one woman hang up on us in a scornful manner when we attempted to escalate the issue. At this point it's almost a joke about when this stove will be delivered, and we also haven't had any luck escalating or directing our complaints to anywhere useful in the system, so we will probably just have to take the hit on this one and deal with whatever they throw us. But other customers should know that this is a very customer-unfriendly company that will not take responsibility for their own errors, and you as the customer may very well have to pay good money and time for their incompetency.
