I was looking for a new dance studio for my daughter as we were new to the area. I went in and talked with who I assumed was the owner who quoted me one price but then when I brought her the first day she missed one class and had to wait 45 mins for the other class to start because they gave the wrong time. Told me To be there at 515. Then because she had experience they put her in the more Experienced class and she was lost the entire time. The second day I brought her was another mess she wasn’t where she was suppose to be and I over heard the dance instructor gossiping and then the kids picking on my daughter because she didn’t know what she was doing and that was enough for me. I decided I wasn’t bringing her back. I didn’t care for The atmosphere didn’t feel comfortable for my daughter and never came back. I continued to get invoices until I advised that I’m not sure how your not aware my Child isn’t coming. Don’t you take attendance? I had paid The 30 dollar holding fee to Hold her spot for her to be able to have classes so I didn’t bother asking for it back because I figured it was a wash and I’d cut my losses. I’ve continued to be harassed by the management telling me I still have to pay for classes I was not happy with and told them to take the 30 dollars for the application fee which states no Where on the form its non refundable so they can take that to pay for the class charge. They refuse to do it and now keep sending me bills with late fees at their convenience. So now the bill is up to 92 dollars. The place was far to expensive for me to afford. I’m a single mom with 2kids trying to make them active and happy. This place was not for me and that’s ok. It happens but the way they do business is ****** and not fair. I don’t agree. And they compare it to a restaurant. And I have to say that if I’m not happy with it then they refund me or give me a new meal. Not a harder time like this place. So now I’m being harassed with emails and mail. Other dance studios let you do a trial run without charging
