    Our nonprofit leased a phone system from Blink Communications which was paid in advance. The system has not worked since installation (3 extensions remain offline for over 2 months), and despite multiple support requests, Blink has failed to resolve the issue. Theyve now stated we need to hire our own IT staff (not in the contract) and refuse to accept our formal termination. We are requesting full cancellation and account closure due to non-performance.

    Blink Voice has responded quickly to all reported issues, coordinating with customers IT, covering the cost of a managed network switch, and completing successful service restoration on August 5. 
    The recurring service disruptions have been traced to conditions within customers' own network environment, including unplugged *** switches, unmanaged or hidden switches, rogue DHCP devices, and phones disconnected from switches, all of which are outside Blinks control.
    Blink Voice fully remains willing to continue servicing PRCC under the active service agreement. 
    However, if PRCC prefers to port its numbers to another provider, Blink Voice will accommodate this request without penalty. The account is in good standing, and we will coordinate the porting process in accordance with *** requirements.

    We thought we were purchasing an agreement between blink, voice and ourselves unfortunately, our office manager signing agreement with ************************, which has no control over blink voice, but blink voice mustve sold our contract to leave capital the phone system hasnt worked properly since the day of installation and weve had 3 to 4 technical managers looking at the problem at this point we are hiring outside. Help to try to get this problem solved today. This system has caused us numerous problems with our customers, and if there was any recourse, we would sue blink voice, and leave capital we constantly missed calls and have tried vigorously to rectify the problem. We are at at this point now planning to replace this system with one that is a local system with local technicians that if there is a problem we can solve it. The computer emergency room located in ********. New York says the problem is with blinks software blink techs was telling us we needed to upgrade our Wi-Fi system, which doesnt really make sense because our phone system is linked in completely to hardwired into the internet, but we did upgrade the Wi-Fi system to know better service from the phone system. We originally had three phone systems installed because theyre problematic. Were only using one now and this one is probably the worst TECH was here today January 9 January 9, 2025 and hes still trying to fix it. Im wondering if all ******************* to pay that bill for us only thing we want is to ************************ to take their equipment back and leave us alone six months ago we wanted to return the two phones that we werent using and they said we couldnt do that until the end of the contract. The problem with blink is that they have no phone number so you cant call them and they answer their emails at their convenience, which is definitely their convenience and not the convenience of the customer.
