    It's just a scam to be honest!!! On the website, they listed 175.99, with free shipping & taxes coming to 182.15 minus the coupon. But they charged me 258.27!!! That's highway robbery. Why list different prices, only to charge whatever you feel like!?!?!? 0 (ZERO) stars through & through

    ********ZEROOOOO STARS******I purchased a set of catalytic converters. I had it installed at my local trusted shop. No problem. A month later, the catalytic converter failed. I took it to the same shop that originally installed it, and my mechanic said the catalytic converter is throwing P0430/P0420, even though all O2 sensors have been replaced. My mechanic insisted that the catalytic converter is not working properly and suggested replacing it. I tried calling Exhaust Distribution by searching for their number on their website, but received no answer. I emailed them twice, but got no response. This company clearly sold me defective catalytic converters. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM......

    If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me two catalytic converters that do not fit my vehicle. Then when I asked for a refund they have been giving me the run around FOR MONTHS!!! It should not be this difficult. I’ve been more than willing to send the parts back to them. They are refusing to cooperate and keep stating they need proof it doesn’t work which I have sent.

    I had gotten an aftermarket down pipe from elsewhere and it didn’t fit so I was nervous. I ordered from Exhaust Distribution and I got a perfect fit. They gave me a new gasket and clamp. It all fit great. Thanks.

    Wish I could give zero stars; I purchased an exhaust manifold/converter from them in March 2024 and the converter failed in July 2024 causing a P0420 code. I had a mechanic diagnose the problem, and with the help of a scan tool and an infrared thermometer, he was able to determine the catalytic converter had failed. The vehicle has no other issues with regards to performance; the converter simply has lost its ability to hold oxygen.
    I emailed the company asking if they would cover a replacement under their 5-year/50,000 mile warranty. I received a reply saying that “substrate melting/failure is not covered under warranty, and that the P0420 code is most likely a problem with the vehicle itself”. I explained to them that substrate melting is NOT the issue here (vehicle does not have poor acceleration/no clogging in the exhaust), and once again asked what the process was obtaining a replacement converter. So far I have received crickets.
    Do not buy from this company; the longevity on their products, especially their converters is a joke and this company clearly does not stand behind their products. If you buy a product from them, assume they will not honor the warranty on it in any way shape or form.

    I would give them zero stars but no option. Catalytic was different then the original and smaller cross section. Drawing on their website showed my exact one but what was delivered was smaller
    Wish I would have found this page earlier and all the bad reviews. I do not recommend them. Stay away and spend a little more to get it right.

    I contacted this company twice and got no response. The phones answers with a recording and as soon as the recording stops talking the phone hangs up. This happened twice during both calls. I sent and email and finally got a response several days later. I was trying to do a return of the product within 30 days as the policy states to do. However, I am waiting for response from the company to see about my refund.

    I gave them 1 star because they got me the product fast. Other than that after having the ford dealer install the new system on my 2018 ford f150 it still throws the same codes. Before I had ED exhaust installed the old cats with 170,000 mi would maybe throw a code every 6 Mo or so now its every 6 hrs. I went back to dealer and after live diagnostics they determined the new catalytic system was not good enough to keep the light off. In addition to the poor performance the pipes were not bent correctly and sat to low to put my skid plates back on. Too cheap is to cheap you get what you pay for lesson learned. Stay away from this dealer after contacting customer service there response was pathetic with solutions that would cost me more than just doing it right the first time.

    ***** scumbags do not get anything from these ppl. They send faulty products, and won't honor them. Ur supposed take the bad part off mail it back to them wait for them to mail you a good one back. Also for u to pay the shipping cost, for there mistake

    I order a y pipe foe my vehicle a 2007 ***** *** the part came in no issues there but the part don't fit the vehicle at all the muffler is off for over 2 inches they say the willing to take it back but I have to pay for the shipping cost that is not fair or correct when is there issue to begin whit selling parts they don't fit the vehicle should never buy from them again
