    Three years ago I received a quote for replacing my driveway. I signed a contract for the work and price. The first part of the job was completed in October 2021. The second part was to be completed and the contact. Justin, has ignored calls made over this time to get the job completed. I have to hide my phone number to even get the call picked up. I get told I’m on the schedule and will be notified. NOTHING

    Response taken by:  We tried to contact her several times in 2022 and again last year.   We could not come up with a time that was right for her.  We are still willing to complete the project she needs to call us right away to arrange a time.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    Pinnacle paving is completely and utterly wrong in their response. They have never initiated any contact with me. Every call was made by me to the company and was told by an employee that either they will get in touch with me “soon” or they have me on the schedule, or I needed to leave a message for them on voicemail. I have had to go so far as to block my number when calling in order to even get someone to answer the call. I have stopped by the business address many times to only find that there was no one there ( of course during business hours)
