"Horrible property manager, managed 6 of my properties, tenant screening was non existent as every tenant would stop paying and destroy the units, was constant turn overs, non payers, ignoring code violations. I had 5K in trash set out violations on just 1 property in 1 year, which was the least expensive issue i had having Mike and Infisium manage my properties."
