Agway Promised me that they can negotiate BETTER Energy prices in the market and hence my energy bill will be lesser if I switch to them. (After your contract period WATCH OUT) After switching to Agway, based on the report provided by *** my bill increased and was double in some cases. (Avg $2.00 more per KW hr for years ) My fault for not checking this sooner to o see why my bill in an empty house is so HIGH????? Pretty much paid $50mo for "basic" I have nothing on and running so I should have NO KW hrs!! (Heat, fridge, freezer is all OFF) This $50 was just supply to house? Stay away or go broke!! I did since 2013 and now I'm finally gone!!

The customer enrolled with one of our telemarketers on April 13, 2013. They were provided an intro rate of $0.049 for the first month, then renewed onto our variable rate. Customer has never called Agway with any questions. ****** and ******** (utility company) reported that the customer used 10 Kwh from 12/14/21 to 2/14/22. Agway’s charges for that period are $1.12. If the customer received a $50 bill, the remainder of the charges are delivery charges from ****** & ********, not Agway. Agway’s charges have been under $10, except for 2 periods in which case the charges were slightly over $10. Thank you
