    The company called me about a past debt from 2016. I was a co-signer on the original debt, with my ex wife being the buyer. The person who I spoke to said that it is my information only on the account. How can this be ? I knew nothing of the debt until the day of the call, yet he immediately started a threat of being served with legal paperwork. He also stated things like " look, the company we are representing always get their money, so you might as well just pay it now ". How is it that mine is the only info when I was co-signer ? I was also told that they would begin to call my place of employment. He made several threats in a very unprofessional manner

    I received multiple calls from JW & Associates claiming they have an account with me for debt collection. They called me at work and called multiple family members. One family member, who is a lawyer, stated the representative said I listed them as an emergency contact. This is not true. This family member lives multiple states away and why would there be an emergency contact for a debt. I returned their call to find out what they wanted and also told them not to contact my family or employer again. They called my employer again after being told not to. I called them again to get more information as I knew it was a scam. Keith D**** began yelling at me and threatening to send me forms certified mail. He denied calling me when asked not to. He was very threatening. He stated the debt was given to them by LVNV Funding. I called LVNV funding and confirmed they do not work with JW & Associates. The rep I spoke to said not to give any information to JW & Associates. I have read multiple complaints regarding this company where they have said the same thing to people.

    This business keeps calling me about a “legal matter” and I found out it was a debt collection company . I very rudely called and told them to stop calling me as my last debt was in 2014 which is over the state limitations to collect any money. Now they are threatening to forward this to a City government and they can’t so stop calling . I will report you if you continue as I have not current debt owed to anyone !!!

    This company keeps calling my cell phone and work after being demanded to no longer contact me, ever again. I demanded they place me on their cease and desist list to never contact me again and they are refusing to stop contact.

    This company is a known scam company. They reach out to people with prior loans that have been paid in an attempt to scam them out of more money. This company has contacted me multiple times and each time I told them not to call my phone any longer. I do not owe any debts. I also contacted my counties court house and they confirmed company to be a scam, there have been no valid attempts to reach me. I will be pursuing further legal action if they continue to harass me.

    Our company has already listed Ms. ********* as a cease and desist account, a rep just spoke with Ms. ********* yesterday about the account and we submitted her information back to the company who purchased the debt. Our company will no longer be contacting Ms. *********.

    I am tired of these people calling me and threat me all the time and it is non stop. This company is fake and they know it and the website seem to be built recently with fake information to try to scam me. I am tired of somehow these fake people getting my information to steal my money. The solution is stop contacting me and stop getting my number because I can find out if I have an issue with some debts and I don’t have a debts as far as I know of. Also, if they keep contacting me I want their fake website to be take down.

    Ms. ******* has a few online loans under her credentials that our office has been hired to resolve if possible. We have no problem explaining the matter with Ms. *******. The first thing a consumer states that this is a scam, when their information was provided to our company. We can only notify of the matter if the consumer chooses not to resolve the matter, just state that, so we can update any account accordingly. We do not appreciate our company being slandered and it's not accurate, Ms. ******* never spoke with anyone from our office, she can if she wants to call in at ###-###-#### to get the information we have in our office under her name

    I receive multiple calls and voice mails from different local phone numbers that do no go through when you call them back and the voicemails are from a Kevin F****** who says the same thing every time ““Hello, this is Kevin F****** with JW servicing contact you regarding an important business matter. Being handled here in our office does require your immediate attention. Contact me at ** * * ** * * ** * * * **” Or that I “will be served at my job or wages garnished” Upon looking up the **** number I found that it was this business. I have no debts/business matters with them or anyone else. They need to not contact me unless by certified mail proving the debt.

    Calling about collecting debt but not outright saying that. They say they’re calling about an important business matter or have certified letters that need to be signed for lol. I have no outstanding debt, & haven’t in years so I know they are just getting bottom barrel information on debts that are way past the statute of limitations or have been sold hundreds of times. You block their number and they call from a bunch of different ones. Have called and been JW and associates, JW servicing, and another different name. Just remember before you pay anything to request your debt in writing if you actually owe a debt. Odds are they will argue with you and not provide it. And check your states statute of limitations on any debts! Oh and “Internstional couriers” called on their “behalf” too lol

     Every single call under a different name gave the exact number back to them & their office to call back. So they may “only go by whatever name” but they are using other names when making calls. The call back number is the same every time & I want others to be aware.

    I got a message left on my phone from a place called JW Servicing saying they needed to speak to me about an important matter but they wouldn't say what that was. The phone # that made the call is ************* I didn't call back but looked it up and the business website ******************************* doesn't even describe what they do but gives the address JACOB, WASHINGTON, AND ASSOCIATES. Searching I found that people reported it had to do with a debt collector and most are reporting it's a scam. --I have no collections and they're violating the law by not stating that they are debt collectors if that's the truth. The BBB website confirms it has to be a scam. I've lodged a complaint with the FCC and if I ever get another phone call I will lodge another and take out a cease and desist. I urge others to do the same.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I accept the response but still think this business is shady by not following laws in regards to debt collection. There are clear laws and no legit business would use the suspicious tactics the company uses.

    These people will not stop calling and leaving messages saying they need to discuss a business matter. They are a scam company as shown by other reviews. I owe zero debts and anyone trying to collect a debt is required to give notice in writing. Not harass via the phone. I want them to stop calling me or I will send a cease and desist. Why are they not being arrested for scamming people?
