      Purchased a new hot tub that shipped within 2 weeks and delivered 12/24/2024.

      The tub was delivered and upon immediate inspection, an access panel on the bottom was out of place. It didn't appear to impact the overall condition of the tub so we continued to unpack and remove it from the pallet. Once placed on its bottom, we removed all of the wrapping. It had been packaged/shipped with a box of stairs and a drink tray on the inside. This damaged a part on the bottom of the tub that helps to keep the water inside and filtered. We have been unable to do anything with the tub as there is a hole in it. The water would go right out of it.
      Given that it was Christmas Eve I left it alone and contacted them on 12/26. I provided pictures and was advised that they would order the part and locate a tech to come service it. I've followed up multiple times, tub is still unusable, no service call communication, no indication of a part being ordered nor delivered to us... If it can't be repaired this week then we want them to send someone to package it up, take it away and we want a new, undamaged one shipped to us asap.

      order number, ******** I received my SPA and it's loosing water, Strong Spa/ Myhottub.com did not deal with it in a rightful matter, they wanted me to be busy and wait for them to inspect it and maybe repair it, and after I refused they wanted me to shlep back out the Spa to the curb and pay 1 way shipping as if it is a return, and when I refused on that they still insisted on my be busy and paying again for help to put it out on the curb for them to pick it up, but i demanded that a new spa should be shipped first and Spa will be swapped, communications was all over with to many people involved and right hand not agreeing or knowing from left hand, a supervisor called me when I demanded, but wasn't nice at all and wasn't communicating well, I went and bought myself tools and figured out after spending a lot of time and money that mostly all jets weren't tightly installed and that's where the water loss is happening, I am still loosing some minor water, they seem like they wouldn't understand me or accommodate me for me having to spend so much time + more money, and still having water loss, so I went ahead and declined my CC charge so now instead of them communicating more favorable and more understanding it seems the communications is very bad, and instead of them accepting fault and making good on a faulty Spa they sold they dealing with it as if they did nothing wrong and not responsible. Shame on Strong Spa / Myhottub.com
