“Expert Home Lab Work and Healthcare Services
Experience the future of healthcare with our professional team and expert service”
BBB asked who is on the “professional team” and licensing to provide services.
The photo used in the advertising implies that the business is able to provide medical services because it would appear the person is listening to the lungs of a child and is misleading. This photo implies that there are licensed medical professionals working for the company. BBB requested that all photo’s featured in the advertising that imply that there are licensed medical professionals working for Lovells Lab Services should be removed/replaced.

The website is offering “Wound Care”. BBB has been unable to find any information stating that anyone other than a licensed medical professional can provide wound care in New York State.
“Our Wound Care service provides expert medical treatment and monitoring for all types of wounds to ensure optimal healing and prevent complications.”
BBB has found information that states a certified CNA cannot provide open wound care unless under the supervision of an RN. BBB asked the business if it had information that states something other than what we have found to please provide it. If not, BBB requested that this service be removed.
BBB had questions regarding the request for donations and requested that the business disclose that the donations are not tax deductible.
BBB had asked what the donations are used for and how “Your contributions will go towards providing healthcare to those who need it most but don’t have the same advantages!” which is what is stated when clicking on the donate button.
The business responded stating, “My business in itself accommodates those in need or with less advantages so by donating to the business your supporting the overall mission to bring ease of access to the patients who may not be able to get around so easily. Cancer patients, quadriplegic, elders, intellectual disability etc”
BBB had requested how the business determines what criteria is used in deciding who is most in need to use the donations, but based on the business reply, the donations go directly to the business and are not applied to any individuals meeting specific criteria that may be in need. BBB requested that this information be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the advertising.
To date, Lovells Lab Services has not provided the requested information or made the requested updates to their advertising.
