Refund & Exchange Policy for Body By Aja:
At Body By Aja, we are dedicated to offering reliable and high-quality life coaching services that cater to the personal development and work-life balance needs of students and young professionals. To ensure clarity and transparency, our Refund & Exchange Policy has been crafted to accommodate various scenarios while maintaining fairness for both our clients and our business.
Coaching Services Refund Policy:
Cancellation of Appointments: Clients who cancel their coaching appointments are eligible for a 50% refund of the full pricing if the cancellation is made within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued for no-call, no-show appointments.
Late for Appointments (Group Sessions): For group sessions, tardiness results in a late fee of $5. Unfortunately, late arrivals do not warrant refunds but are encouraged to join the session upon arrival.
Product Refund & Exchange Policy:
Soap and Bath Care Merchandise: 
Used product: We do not offer a full refund for used soap and bath care merchandise.
Unused Product:  Clients are entitled to a refund within a 10 time frame if the product remains unopened and in its original condition.
