    We've used Rick's skills for the past three years and as always we are very pleased. After getting all our gutters spotless he takes the time to wash any debris off the side of our home, windows included. He is always right on time, very polite and a real pleasure to do business with. We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an efficient and professional job.     This is the third year that we've hired Rick (Windows Gutters Etc. of NY) to clean our gutters. Rick scheduled the appointment and was flexible to accommodate our schedule. He sent a confirmation of the appointment and a reminder prior to the appointment, reminding us to have a water source available.
    On the day before our scheduled appointment, he had an opening and called to ask if we had time to have him do the work a day early. We had time and were happy for him to do the work a day in advance.
    Rick works quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently. He is very pleasant and neat with his work. We hope to hire him every year to deal with cleaning the gutters. He also inspects our roof to be sure that it's in good condition. We highly recommend Windows Gutters Etc of NY!!
