            I noticed my electric bill over 200 higher from last year and showing more power used when it was not thus for the month of December 2023, January 3024, February 2024, and part of march 2024. I called national grid that my meter was spinning showing power used with everything unplugged integrated home. The meter was fogging since old and older then 25 years old. Power at time dimming lights. They came out and saw my meter was not working correctly. I was told my their rep to watch the meter next reading for 3/11/24 to April 22, 2024 and a decrease of 200 dollars. I called like told to get credit on my account as the rep they put the meter replacement in told me too. I just want the 200 a month from December 2023 to march 11, 2024 credited back since their faulty Equiptment. And overcharging the consumer. National grid told me

            Have been trying to have my power turned off for a week now because I no longer live at the address and they're phones were not working. Finally got thew today and said there's nothing they can do about the week their phones were broken so I get stuck with a week of service I was not living there. Then she tried telling me they couldn't shut it off without a tech coming out to shut it off. I told her that makes no sense how am I going to let them in I no longer live there. Absolute worst company to deal with.
