      I have tried on several occasions to get in touch with this office and I have made several payments and they have not cashed my checks and I have tired to call them on 6 different occasions and the call will not go through. I am worried that I am going to get a lien against my property for non payments but I have been sending them in and the checks go uncashed.

      This lawyer keeps coming after me for different creditors. They have place 2 different judgements on me one is a debit that isn't even mine and I've explained that I've had my identity stolen. I have never gone by the name of ******** ***** I have never been married to a **** ***** but yet they continue to come after me for debts that belongs to these two people is the first issue.

      The second issue which I've included screenshots is the trade to put a judgment on me for a medical bill which is one illegal in the state of New York and two I had health insurance that paid for this medical bill and I have documentation proving it but they never contacted me asking me about this they just went straight to court they never served me with court paperwork telling me that was going to have court or anything like this and the only reason why I know about this is because I seen it on the court website due to my current job constantly looking at the court documents.

      This is a collections business and I have been making payments for years and since July 2024 I have made 56 phone calls to this business to make my payment and the number will not go through, the payment portal is not working and I have received no mailed information on any changes or any new numbers and I can’t make my payment. I don’t want a lien on my home because I can’t contact them for payment.

      I was researching my background on the internet and came across Genesee physicians vs cinnamon moroney 4-21-2021 so I called the city court to see what was going on because I never got court paperwork for medical books bills they said that he nailed and mailed which means certified mail, regular mail, and stick to the door. I asked does the affiliate show the certified mail receipt they said no so that was not a legal service. I also have video footage from security cameras that will show that no one came to my door to put it on my door. After getting off the phone with the court I called the Dr office because I have insurance and the lady their said they never sent information over to them because my insurance covered it.

      This is not my first encounter with him he also in 2008 got a judgement against me for a company I've never even heard of and I provided proof that my identity was stolen but he refuses to understand that. He is so mean and belittled me.

      Every time I get a paper from the sheriff office they close it because it's proven that it's not my debt but he keeps changing the original court documents.

      I just want him to leave me alone and stop harrassing me.

      They do not know who the "he" is in which the consumer is talking about, but we did not contact her.  The last time we tried to contact her was via letter in 2022.

      I had an agency called oneida processing service company call and say they are trying to serve papers for a judgement that is out of Mr ******* office.  I contacted the court and they stated that there was a judgement for a medical bill that I never showed up for court I asked when was court because I was never served and the court stayed they put it in your door and certified Mild the letter when I ask for copies of the affidavit they said there is no receipt for the certified meal and I also inform them I have. Security footage from the date that they allegedly stuck it to my door and nobody was at my house at that not informed of this court date also the. New York State governor has passed a law stating that no judgments can be placed on somebody due to a medical bill nor can you garnish anybody's. Paychecks due to a medical bill..  

       

      I'm not the only one That Mr. ********* law firm has done this too. I have looked up and there is numerous reviews in regards to how he treats his customers and how when people make payment plans they don't keep accurate records.
