    On Jan 11, **** I went to Jackson Hewitt to have my taxes done as I do every year ********* did my taxes and also my friends Taxes we went to Jackson Hewitt expecting an early refund as we do every year. I have always been approved for early refunds since 2009 I've always used used Jackson Hewitt. I was charged 799 dollars for my return filing fees and my loan was declined so was my friend's loan. The bank sent me a notice saying it is Jackson hewitt's fault I called the bank to confirm I then called JH and was dismissed by saying it was the banks fault and they cannot do anything for me nor reverse the filing. I asked for the manager to call me back and he never does. Everytime I come in this establiment the workers fight each other in my presence over who is doing my returns. Previous years has been ********* and ********* and this year was ******* and *********. In December while in the office filing a holiday loan ******* was having issues with the printer and told me I'm calling the boss to fix it he isn't doing anything and she stated I have money I don't need this money and don't need to be here. My daughter went to file the holiday loan and she did not file it. She was lost and procrastinating and did not know what she was doing. On Jan 11 she demanded my friend and I do our taxes with her and a new rep that had just started when I declined I was received with funny rude looks and sarcasm. I called ********* to tell her my daughter needed to do her taxes she has been giving me the run around for days and first told me that ******* said my daughter has to do her taxes with her ******* did nothing for ******* and does not do a good job so we declined now we are given the run around about for ******* and given the run around about my denial. Ultimately my friend and I and my daughter will never come back to Jackson Hewitt again. When I said I was going elsewhere I was rudely dismissed by *********.
