Hi I had a bad experience with one of the security guards who worked at the **** store locations ************* ********** ************************************************ I tried to reach out to this company but it was just useful well what had happened is this I am disabled I went in **** for for the food court there's a security guard there he is very mean and unpleasant to be around he followed me all around the store like I was going to steal something and I asked him why are you following me around the store and he told me I need to put my dog on a leech I told him I was disabled and this is my service dog and I have a problem with my hands so I was unable to put my dog on a leash even after I explain all that to him he wants to be working and say anything this is no way at all to treat a disabled woman it's not like I was trying to steal anything like that so we had some harsh words and yes I did record it on my cell phone because I wanted them to be aware of the things he was saying to me it was unpleasant rude and unkind he goes into telling me to leave the store this is not the first time you can set the time you and him had it works and it was unpleasant at my time but I'm so at this point I'm so tired and exhausted he had told me if I didn't leave the store he will physically throw me out I do not like to be threatened and I do not appreciate his aggression when I asked his name he will not tell me so I had to take pictures of the uniform he was wearing and that's when I reached all out to Metro and try to find out who was in charge of this company my main reason for recording it was because I wanted to show you how he was acting it was so unprofessional so again I asked his name and he would not tell me the only thing I know about this guy is that he's a big **************** guy kind of big-bonded and wear glasses I've been trying to get in contact with the security company but the emails that I found on the internet is all outdated
