    Worst management company around. All they do is increase fees and give nothing back into the community. The quality of life in this community has declined. They are not accountable, nor do they take responsibility for maintaining the community. Community is neglected and they will not give a straight answer on policies. No transparency. Get this... you are responsible for any cost associated with repairing your driveway, they cover nothing in the driveway but you cannot let a family or friend park in your driveway...Nothing but a nightmare since they took over. Voting system is not done fairly but is done so that it is almost impossible to get the votes needed to make changes. They make voting times during the week while people are working instead of on the weekend when people have time to come and vote. This can go on and on. Be aware before doing business with this company
