Gentleman arrived early before I was available and I did my best to accommodate him despite working from home. I said I needed to check my computer as our meeting wasn't scheduled for another half hour and when I came upstairs 5 minutes later he had left without giving a quote or saying a word. While I feel the people are friendly and the quality of the work (via pictures they show) looks good there was no respect for my time as the client. I wanted to work with them because of the reviews however my experience they were unreliable so I will be looking elsewhere.

The technician (****) covered 2 service calls, one for my home& the second for my mom. Both of us are satisfied customers with the installed products from Men with Tools. The technician called to let me know he was at my home as I was en route there from my mothers home. He waited about 10 minutes for me to get there. My window required some time to inspect. He was very thorough, took several photos of the *************** and immediately called to put in the replacement order. The technician then cleaned the frame of the sliding patio door at my mothers home , adjusted the parts on gte top & bottom of screen door so it could easily slide & stay on the track.
