    AGRESSIVE marketing, despite requesting they stop calling this company continues to hound us demanding to come to our home. Callers are aggressive and abusive.

    these people keep calling me everyday and i have asked to be added to a do not call list. they either hang up or say its not an option. this is not legal to be contacted repeatedly regarding something you did request.

    This company will not stop calling. I have asked more than a dozen times to be removed from their call list and they will not stop.

    Today and many days in the past I've continued to read see solicitation calls from this company and I have asked multiple times for them to quit calling me I just received a call where I could not respond because I did not have my phone present however I had a Bluetooth device in my ear and the solicitor continued to be harassing and make statements like oh this lady can't find her phone she must be on crack.

    This business keep calling me everyday even though I have told them to remove me from the calling list multiple times. They harrass me several times a day sometimes. They have no accountability. This harassment needs to stop. I have told them I do not need their service and do not want to be called but they keep harassing me every day.

    I am receiving multiple call daily from Kensington **** Services. I have asked them to remove me from their calling list. I have been told the only way to be removed is to set up an Appointment with them. I am NOT using their services and I want them to stop harassing me. They are calling me during work hours and interrupting my business. If their calls continue I will file a harassment charges against their company.

    I have already told them I am not interesting in whatever they are selling, in which it sounds like home upgrades, and to take me off their list yet I am still getting phone calls. I am also registered on the National Do Not Call List.

    I receive very frequent calls from this company despite telling them to remove me from their database multiple times. They do not leave voicemails however I look up the numbers after they disconnect. The calls always come from different numbers with area codes that span *****************. I have tried to call them back however the calls cannot be connected so they must know what they are doing is shady. I get so many calls that sometimes I get more than one in a day. They can try to blame the calls on the similar named company from ******* ****** but it definitely not them. I want the calls to stop and my info deleted from their system!

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Kensington Home Improvements Inc regarding complaint ID ********.  I have attached two screenshots of the numbers from my iPhone block list and my Hiya app blocked list.  The top number is from Kensington but when I searched it on Hiya it didnt transfer their name to the iPhone list.  You can see the top number is from this past Friday, it came right after I read your email.  The numbers are all from after the filing of my complaint I believe.  When I dial the numbers I just get a ******* recording saying the call cannot be completed as dialed.  I am on the No call list and I have told them to stop and I hate that they continue to bug me!  Please, if there is anything you can do I would greatly appreciate it!
