    The only think this company is good at is diversion! I have made many tech support calls about their worthless product. They want to brag about being ******** owned but they have the worst customer support ever! They will treat you horrible then blame everyone from you, to apple for their product being defective. Good luck sending the $600 paper weight back!!! The told me out right in support that they don't care how many people find out their product is junk, it won't hurt their business!

    NAV tool has one of the worst refund policies in the history of business!!They make a specific product for a specific car and only give you 14 days to return it!!They have some of the rudest technicians and even route of customer service personnel, who do nothing but repeat the rules no matter what your problem is!Buyers a beware!!!!
