  The employees that I have dealt with at this organization have been wonderful! They explain every single step and are there for you every step of the way. Regular check in to make sure you are still happy with their services. I have been in the program for a little over a year and don't have one bad thing to say.

  Working with the Debt Management program was the best financial decision I made. They are always there when I have questions and worked with me to get my financial freedom. I am grateful and thankful to them for showing up at the time I needed the help the most. They are the best group of people to work with to get you debt free. Thank you!!!

  We had an amazing experience with Debt Management Group! From the very beginning, they took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process. Their customer service was outstandingthey always answered the phone, and if they werent available, they promptly returned our calls. It was clear that they genuinely cared about helping us, and their professionalism and responsiveness made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. We highly recommend Debt Management Group to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and compassionate financial assistance. Thank you for taking such great care of us! A special shoutout to Reneeshe was absolutely incredible! She was so real, honest, and empathetic with us throughout the process. She truly made us feel heard and supported, and we cant thank her enough for her kindness and guidance.

  I have been working with The Debt Management Group for about 3 years now, I am close to being done with my program. They have been fantastic. If I am honest, its is what it is, its a get out of debt program, there is a reason we are all here, and its our own fault. BUT, the people I have worked with have been AMAZING. They have been open, honest, transparent, and respectful of my wishes.They listened, they didn't push me into anything, they paid attention to what I said, and they even worked with me to lower my payments temporarily after I was in a major car accident and needed help. They dont overwhelm you with phone calls and emails, but they do keep you up to date with your progress, and they try and make you aware of other offers for programs that could help you. I do want to say, that while THESE GUYS have been great....one of their partner loan programs can **** it...they were not great, they ghosted me for almost two months after offering to help, then showed up with a terrible offer. So I stayed with The Debt Management Group, and I am very happy that I did.

  I am very happy with this program! I had an extraordinary amount of debt, close to 80K! The program was suppose to take 49 months, but I completed it in 37 months. I just made my last payment January 2025, I cannot express the relief I feel. I am looking forward to more financial freedom. This program has taught me to be more disciplined about my finances. The staff was always very courteous and never judgmental about the amount of debt i had incurred.A big THANK YOU!Kali B

  I can't say enough good things about this company! They truly transformed my financial situation. From the very first consultation, their team was understanding, professional, and patient. They took the time to explain my options and give me the insight l needed to make the right choices that ultimately made me debt free!First and foremost, they do the job that they are hired to do diligently in the timeframe they say they will get it done and in my case even better. They will get you out of debt exactly the way they say they will get it done, and when they say they are explaining the "worst case scenario" in terms of consolidation time lines and such, they mean it. It's probably going to be much faster.Furthermore, they call and give updates on what's going on periodically. Which made me feel very secure. They were also quick to respond to any inquires I may have.A huge thank you to the team at the Debt Management Group from me and my family!

  Started as a loan offer turned to harassing scam sounding situation... wanted bank info for payments with zero proof of anything . **** *** was told no thank you then continues to email and text me . I also believe these are fake reviews with 5 stars and not a verified BBB business.

  Hi ******* (Not sure why you used a fake name). Very sorry for the experience you had with one of our agents. We see he did send you text messages to keep in contact with you when you were not responding. You called into our offices to seek information regarding our services after hearing about us on the radio, and he was responding to that request. He is a new agent and we agree sending 2 text messages a day isn't necessary. We have sat with him and explained what we feel he did wrong. You could have asked for a supervisor or sent an email to us asking to be taken off our contact list or reply STOP to the text. In fact you were only contacted for 10 days Not sure it amounts to making complaints everywhere. You called in 12/3 and Your info was taken out of our contact system on 12/13. Maybe next time ask to be "taken off the list" instead of not responding, so a legitimate company such as ours can have the opportunity to resolve complaints on our own.Good Luck in the future and Happy New Year

  It was less than 3 yrs. ago that I contacted The Debt Management Group about helping me with my debt. They were most accommodating, friendly, and helped me establish a program to relieve my debt.
  They set up a payment program, that I have to admit was at times challenging, however, I stuck to it and am finally out of debt. I had both credit card and personal loan debt and they negotiated with my creditors, stopped all correspondence and telephone calls. They told me my credit score would go down while in this process and not to worry. It will begin to rebound as time goes on. And, it did!
  I can't thank The Debt Management Group enough, and their transparency. They did what they said they would do and in a shorter time span than was expected. When I received the call that informed me of completion of the program, I was both surprised and extremely pleased.
  I highly recommend The Debt Management Group and honestly do not think you will regret the decision if you go with them.
