    I cant thank the debt management group enough!! I am finally debt free and no longer feel like Im drowning! They walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. They handled everything and made me feel at ease. Very professional and down to earth staff. Everything about my plan was laid out and explained efficiently. Everything even rolled out faster than expected. I cant thank them enough for their assistance and understanding. I can finally breathe again!

    From the start of this journey, everyone who helped ** was patient and understanding. We were never belittled or made to feel that we were any less important for being in such a dire situation.     I appreciate the flexibility of Debt Management Group: during my payout time I would like to reduce my monthly payments due to my higher tax payment last year, the staff helped me to accommodate that reduction by just increasing several months of my payments!

    I had to take some time and write a review for The Debt Management Group because its very rare to work with a company that goes above, and beyond what they originally promise to do it for me. Not only did they get me out of debt but they were able to do it almost 4 months sooner than originally promised. If you are struggling with a tight budget and need help they will guide you and help you become debt free .

    I just got a call from The Debt Management Group to let me know that I had finished the program and all my accounts are paid off. I am so excited and grateful. I was supposed to be finish paying in May ****, they got me completely out of debt a whole 5 months earlier than expected. Thank you Thank you Thank you! I am so glad I reached out to you in 2021 and made this decision. It was not easy at first, as I am not the type to ever ask for help. But after carrying the same balances for over 5 years, seeing my interest rate go up and thinking I would never be out of debt, today you made the impossible possible. Once again Thank YOU!!! Now I can focus on paying extra towards my mortgage and try to pay off my house earlier so I can truly be debt free of bills.

    I was in deep credit trouble. They settled my debts for less than half of what was owed. They worked with me if something happened and I needed to make a partial payment. I would have died deep in debt.

    The Debt Management Group are beyond subpar! I believe the other reviews are paid. They don't respond when they say the will, they let a collection go to garnishment because as they said "we're so sorry, we dropped the ball." I played h*** getting the garnishment stopped and I pay Debt Management for what? They aren't even accredited with the BBB... Let that sink in. In two years with the little debt I had, their words not mine, they made one settlement and ****** that up! It was a HUGE mistake going with them to help me! I am better off as I found out to figure my debt out on my own.

    Hi *********, I was really surprised to see this review and your memory of the account. We did not drop the ball and never said those words. You skipped 6 months of payments in 2023 which caused you to default on your settlements. 12/22, 1/23, 7/23, 8/23, 11/23, 12/23 all missed. We explained to you when you skipped payments that it would result in defaulting on your settlements. We will reach out to you in next few days to discuss options on how to avoid defaulting in the future for a better experience while going thru this process.
