I purchased a watch from Watches and Beyond via their web site on 2/19/22. It was a Frederique Constant watch in the amount of $999. Invoice #*******/Channel Order #******. I shipped the watch back on April 9, 2022.The watch was picked up and signed for at the Mosney, NY *********** on April 12, 2022. I was unable to get a response after the watch was returned, so I contacted Master Card to file a dispute for $999. Watches and Beyond claims it didn't receive the watch even though I have a signed receipt. I finally got them to answer a call in October. I was told they would investigate the issue and get back to me in 24 hours. I never recieved a call back, and they have not answered MANY voice mails that I have left since. I have documentation of letters and receipts I can provide if requested. At this point, I am out $1000 and a watch, Would very much appreciate your assistance in dealing with this retailer. I am willing to accept a refund to the original form of payment. It that is not available I will accept a watch of my choice or equal or greater value. Thank you in advance.
