            Paid $ 650 down to get house prints made on 10/12/23 and told e ready in about 4-6 weeks. Called several time and told they were almost done. Now is feb 24 and get no answer on phone for several weeks. Tried calling his sister in law but she said she had no contact with him. Can wait no longer will go somewhere else to get print made. Not able to contact him.

            Meyers Design and Drafting had been contracted to do a perc test and draw up plans for a septic system on July 26, 2023, for $300 and $700 respectively. The perc test was performed on that day by Pete Meyers. A separate contractor was also paid $300 on that day to dig the hole for the perc test with his machine. I had left a few voicemail messages for Pete on the business phone to inquire if the septic system plans had been completed, and then I could no longer leave a message. It took him until April 16th of this year to call my back from his cell phone. Pete told me that he had not received It back from the engineer yet and to call back. I have spoken to Pete many times on his cell phone since then, and he keeps telling me that he has not received it back from the engineer yet. It has now been 9 months! Before the perc test was performed last year, I was led to believe that he was the engineer! At this point, I need my $700 returned, or the septic system plans in my hand.
