    James Cress is a middle man in most areas if not all. I googled a very specific town in a rural area. One so small I was almost expecting there not to be a florist at all. To my surprise James Cress came up top in the ****** results with a page that specifically indicated they delivered in the area I was searching. I placed about a $100 order around midnight. I woke up the next day to the order being cancelled and refunded. The email read as follows:"Hello,Thank you for placing your order with James Cress Florist. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order at this time. After an extensive search, we were unable to locate a local florist within our network near the recipients address to fulfill your ********** cases where a local florist is unavailable, we must unfortunately cancel the order.We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. A full refund has been processed and should reflect in your account 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.If theres anything further we can assist you with or if you have any questions, please dont hesitate to reach out. We truly value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.With Regards,Support Team James Cress Florist "They tried calling me but I don't have time to waste with middle men posing as local business. I did receive my refund.

    100% misleading. James Cress Florist DOES NOT deliver to the door - they put your flowers on the ferry. This is the reason I ordered from them - to get them delivered to the door of the house. I placed the order well in advance, and they called the morning of the delivery to inform me they would put it on the ferry and feigned ignorance about the delivery representation on their website. This is a NY floral service - they are NOT in **.     They advertise as local but are not. They received an online i placed online and confirmed they received it and would notify once it was delivered. These flowers were to be delivered to a church for a funeral service. They never confirmed or made the delivery and took my money. I have contacted about a refund but no one has responded. I EXPECT a full refund asap. Terrible business and no customer service.

    Placed an order on a Wednesday for Friday delivery for a 100th birthday celebration. When they had still not arrived by Saturday I emailed. Told me they were unable to deliver and refunded my credit card. It was lucky I talked to the intended recipient or Im assuming I would never have seen a refund!!They advertised as being local to my area by they clearly are not!! Beware!!!

    Their website is very misleading, making it look like they are a local florist in areas they are not. They did not deliver the flowers I ordered. I called to inquire about the delivery and they said they were unable to deliver and so they cancelled the order. So my mother in law did not get flowers on time. Beware of this company.

    James Cress Florist does not operate in good faith. They cancelled an order I placed without consulting me and giving me options, even though there were no caveats whatsoever about the purchase I was making. Be careful if you choose to order from this shop.
